Biography

Bridget Walton is a paralegal in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group with more than 20 years of experience in various departments of the Litigation Practice Group.

An integral member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group, Bridget assists attorneys with patent prosecution and docket management. She regularly assists in the preparation and filing of case materials necessary for patent prosecution. Bridget also aids attorneys with the renewal and maintenance of patents.

Bridget routinely prepares all types of supporting documents for client execution, such as declarations, assignments and power of attorney forms. She works closely with clients and foreign counsels to coordinate renewals and maintenance of patents worldwide. Bridget also assists attorneys with prior art preparation and filings.
