Biography

Benjamin M. Walker is an associate in the Kansas City office of Lewis Rice. Ben handles a diverse range of civil matters in state and federal courts throughout Kansas and Missouri. In his labor and employment practice, Ben defends clients against Charges of Discrimination and other employment-related claims brought under state and federal law. He has experience with the Missouri Human Rights Act and has authored position statements for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. 

Ben's practice also involves environmental, chemical, and toxic tort work. He is frequently involved in private litigation, regulatory enforcement actions, and administrative proceedings before agencies across the country.
