Biography

Amelia J. Bresette is an associate practicing in the Corporate Department of Lewis Rice. Amelia focuses her practice on real estate law, advising clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, and leasing. Amelia regularly reviews title and survey matters as well as zoning and governmental compliance matters.

In her mergers and acquisitions practice, Amelia conducts due diligence reviews, especially related to real estate diligence, and drafts disclosure schedules, closing and ancillary documents.
