Biography

Alex L. Liebetrau is a real estate associate in the Kansas City office of Lewis Rice. Alex represents lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, and buyers and sellers in all types of commercial real estate transactions. Her work includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, construction contracts, office and retail space leases, and purchase and sale agreements, in addition to due diligence matters involving the review of environmental reports, title policies, and surveys.  

In law school, Alex served as Executive Editor for Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law.
