Biography

William R. Wurm is an associate practicing in the Litigation Department. Will has significant experience handling lawsuits for title insurance denials, escrow issues and real estate title disputes. He has also handled suits involving complex real estate fraud, corporate defalcation and subrogation. Additionally, he has experience with class actions, ERISA 401k/403b, FELA and mass tort litigation.

Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Will served as Claims Counsel, AVP, for Fidelity National Financial in Omaha, Nebraska.
