Robert W. Tormohlen Named Influencial Appellate Advocate by Missouri Lawyers Weekly

Lewis Rice member Robert W. Tormohlen has been honored by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as an Influential Appellate Advocate. The prestigious award is given to the Missouri lawyer who had the most profound impact on the law, the legal system, or the legal community in 2014. More specifically, Robert received the award for the most significant appellate decision of the year.

The 2015 Missouri Lawyer Honorees will receive their awards at a ceremony on January 30th and will also be featured in the Missouri Lawyers Weekly's January issue to highlight their accomplishments.

Robert has significant experience handling complex business and commercial disputes. His cases involve misappropriation of trade secrets, non-competition agreements, breaches of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, creditors' rights, real estate disputes, insurance coverage issues, and construction law. Robert also has a breadth of knowledge in personal injury litigation including product liability cases and representation of plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death claims.
