Biography

Robert W. Tormohlen is an attorney with more than 25 years' experience handling complex business and commercial disputes. His cases involve misappropriation of trade secrets, non-competition agreements, breaches of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, creditors' rights, real estate disputes, insurance coverage issues, and transportation law. Bob also has significant experience in personal injury litigation including product liability cases and representation of plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death claims.

Bob has litigated cases in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, California, New York, Florida, and Minnesota. He is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and received the Missouri Lawyers Weekly 2014 award for being one of the Most Influential Appellate Advocates in Missouri.
