Biography

Robert W. Tormohlen is an attorney with more than 20 years' experience handling complex business and commercial disputes. His cases involve misappropriation of trade secrets, non-competition agreements, breaches of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, creditors' rights, real estate disputes, insurance coverage issues, and construction law. Bob also has significant experience in personal injury litigation including product liability cases and representation of plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death claims.

Bob litigates cases in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, California, and New York. He is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
