Robert J. Will Provides Explanation for Revised Rule 26 for the American Bar Association

In a recent case out of the Southern District of Florida, the court decided that redacting potentially relevant information is permissible. Lewis Rice member and ABA Litigation Section's Pretrial Practice & Discovery Committee co-chair Robert J. Will provided insight to the implications of the newly amended Rule 26.
