  • Represent Breckenridge Material Company in the acquisition of more than 20 locations throughout the St. Louis region
  • Represented the University of Missouri in its acquisition and construction of a 245-unit residence hall located at Hospital Hill in Kansas City; the transaction, which closed in September 2013, was fast-tracked for the anticipated completion of the $30,000,000 building before the fall 2014 semester began for UMKC students
  • Represent a distribution company in the leasing and development of five 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution facilities throughout the United States
  • Represent Westfield, LLC and other national and regional developers with respect to their negotiations with movie theater operators

  • Represented a national charcoal manufacturer and a fireplace log company in the purchase of a log and kiln plant in southwest Missouri and a construction contract for plant expansion
  • Represent a developer in obtaining TIF and community improvement district (CID) incentives for Summit Place, a 43-acre retail shopping center that will consist of approximately 355,000 square feet when fully developed

  • Represented a U.S.-based managing underwriter of representations and warranties insurance policies in underwriting a policy for a transaction in which underlying assets included a radio transmission tower and other real property assets
  • Represent the seller of an enclosed mall and adjacent shopping center with 800,000 square feet of retail space and 70+ acres in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area, including REA amendment and other agreements with national retailers
