Lights, Camera, Action! Negotiating Theater Leases
The Retail Leasing Committee’s July conference call will feature a discussion of some relevant issues that are unique to theater leases. Mark D. Eisemann and Peter DiGiovanni, attorneys for Lewis Rice in Kansas City, Missouri, have more than five decades of combined experience in negotiating such leases. Mark will discuss the tenant’s perspective in negotiating a theater lease, while Peter will represent the landlord’s side.
