Biography

Rachel M. Hirshberg is an associate in the Firm's Estate Planning and Probate Department. Her practice focuses on estate and gift tax planning and drafting for private clients. Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Rachel served as an intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri for the Hon. E. Richard Webber and his staff.

Rachel previously participated in the Lewis Rice Summer Associate Program while earning her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law. During law school, she helped establish the school's Concentration in Tax Law and served as the Editor‑in-Chief of the Journal of Dispute Resolution.
