We provide counsel, negotiate and draft agreements for content creators, content providers and content users, free lance agreements and employment agreements.
Our practice focuses on traditional media and new technologies and includes all modes of content delivery. In addition, our lawyers handle labor, employment, corporate and securities and tax issues related to media companies.
