Pamela E. Barker Selected for Fellowship in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL)

Lewis Rice member Pamela E. Barker was selected for Fellowship in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). ACREL is the foremost organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. Attorneys undergo an arduous selection process after they've been invited to join. Fellows are selected based on outstanding legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in real estate law. Pam will be one of a select few ACREL Fellows who is an environmental specialist. With Pam, Lewis Rice now has five Missouri ACREL Fellows out of only 21.

Pam has practiced environmental law for more than 25 years. She is a national leader of the bar in this area, and she is the immediate past Chair of the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. Moreover, Pam is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary organization of lawyers, judges, and legal scholars whose careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. Pam's practice focuses on assisting clients with the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, and with regulatory compliance.
