Pamela E. Barker Named to American Bar Association House of Delegates

Lewis Rice member Pamela E. Barker was named to the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates. The control and administration of the ABA is vested in the House of Delegates which establishes Association policy, both as to the administration of the Association and its positions on professional and public issues. The House considers at its meetings new policy resolutions on a broad range of issues related to the legal profession. In addition, the House of Delegates votes on nominated officers of the Association.

Pam has practiced environmental law for more than 25 years. She is a national leader of the bar in this area, and she is the immediate past Chair of the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. Moreover, she is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary organization of lawyers, judges, and legal scholars whose careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. Pam's practice focuses on assisting clients with the environmental aspects of real estate and corporate transactions, and with regulatory compliance.
