Who’s Who Legal Names Three Lewis Rice Attorneys in Real Estate

Lewis Rice is proud to announce that William E. Carr, Peter M. DiGiovanni, and Jacob W. Reby have been named in the 2013 Who's Who Legal: The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers for Real Estate in Missouri. Only six attorneys were named in this category.

In a practice spanning more than three decades, Bill is involved in a wide variety of transactions touching virtually all aspects of real estate law and is experienced representing all types of parties involved in real estate transactions. He handles cases in numerous states throughout the country as well as Europe and Asia. Bill is consistently recognized by legal publications and services for the excellence of his practice.

Peter has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and is particularly knowledgeable in theater projects and developments. He represents developers of regional mall and community shopping centers, power centers, and office and mixed use projects throughout the country. Peter also represents national and regional tenants in connection with their lease negotiations and fee acquisition of sites across the United States.

Jake's practice involves structuring, negotiating, drafting, and closing a wide variety of real estate, corporate, and financing transactions. Jake has closed more than 100 corporate merger, acquisition, and sale transactions and is one of the leading commercial real estate lawyers in the United States. He is one of only three lawyers in Missouri to be elected a fellow of both the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
