Peter K. Hartweger has been selected to receive the Kansas City Missouri Bar Association President's Award.  This award is presented to KCMBA members who have contributed significantly to the KCMBA during the past year by way of participation in the work of the bar, value to the organization, and leadership.

Mr. Hartweger will receive this award at the KCMBA's 2007 Annual Meeting in December.  Prior to being the KCMBA's legal advisor, Mr. Hartweger was Chairman of the Corporate Law Committee and a graduate of the first KCMBA Leadership Academy.  Mr. Hartweger specializes in Business Law with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Tax-Exempt Entities.
