INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Attorneys teach course on patent litigation and prosecution
Kirk A. Damman and Michael J. Hickey, two members of the firm's Intellectual Property Department, recently taught a four-day course on patent litigation and prosecution to fifty United States Patent Examiners.  The course, which will be offered to the remainder of the United States patent examining corps, was organized in conjunction with Webster University, where Mr. Damman is an adjunct professor of patent law.
