Lynn A. Hinrichs Appointed to Midwest Region Board of Directors for INROADS, Inc.
March 3, 2015Lewis Rice member Lynn A. Hinrichs was appointed to the Midwest Region Board of Directors for INROADS, Inc. For over 40 years, INROADS has helped businesses gain better access to diverse talent through continuous leadership development of excellent and diverse students and placement of those students in internships across North America's top organizations. As a member of the Midwest Region Board of Directors, Lynn will proactively work to ensure the success of the region. Her experience and talent will be valued assets to INROADS interns and alumni.
Lynn is knowledgeable in a variety of health care, corporate, insurance, and employee benefits matters. In her insurance practice, Lynn has extensive experience with acquisitions, strategic alliances, insurance holding companies, regulatory compliance, reinsurance, mandated benefits, operational issues, and self-insured arrangements. Additionally, she advises clients on a wide range of employee benefit matters relating to qualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, fringe benefit plans, executive compensation, and non-qualified compensation and incentive plans.
