Lewis Rice Alumna Ruth Kim Honored with Corporate Counsel Award by St. Louis Business Journal

Ruth Kim, chief legal officer for FleishmanHillard and Lewis Rice alumna, was honored with the 2016 Corporate Counsel Award by the St. Louis Business Journal. The award is given to a select group of individuals who are masters at their craft, dealing with issues ranging from human resources to mergers and acquisitions to international business to expansion. The Association of Corporate Counsel-St. Louis assisted the Business Journal in guiding the nomination process and the judges' meeting.

Ruth oversees the provision of legal services to FleishmanHillard, including contract review, oversight of risk management, management of the company's networks of outside counsel, and providing of ethics and compliance support. Beyond the office, she is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club of St. Louis, spending the last 10 years on the board of the organization. Additionally, she is involved with the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center and the St. Louis Civic Pride Foundation.
