Jeremy P. Brummond Gives Construction Law Presentation in National Business Institute Webcast
March 21, 2013Jeremy P. Brummond presented at the National Business Institute's (NBI's) video webcast "Construction Contract Law from Start to Finish" on March 21, 2013. In the webcast, Jeremy gave an overview of construction contract law, which highlighted recent developments and relevant case law, and presented information regarding the top contract terms to negotiate. He also discussed effective negotiation techniques.
Jeremy focuses his practice on engineering and construction law, where he represents clients including property owners, engineers, general contractors, and specialty contractors. He also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters.
