Eight Attorneys Join Lewis Rice

The St. Louis office of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, L.C. is pleased to announce that attorneys John B. Greenberg, Michael A. Fisher, R. John Klevorn III, H. Kent Munson, and Jeffrey H. Pass have joined the firm as members. In addition, Emily K. Bardon, Charla M. Claypool, and Nora S. Coggin have joined the firm as associates. All attorneys were formerly associated with The Stolar Partnership LLP.

Following are short summaries of our new members and associates.

John Greenberg represents corporate clients in commercial transactions and litigation involving intellectual property, advertising, and antitrust matters.

Michael Fisher's practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation. Michael has extensive jury trial experience in both state and federal courts and substantial experience representing clients in commercial arbitration proceedings.

John Klevorn practices in the area of general business and taxation law, with a particular focus on tax credits and developmental incentives.

Kent Munson's practice focuses on general business litigation, with particular expertise in employment law and labor relations.

Jeff Pass's practice focuses on a variety of general business transactions, with emphasis on business acquisitions and dispositions.

Emily Bardon's practice focuses on general business law, with an emphasis on business acquisitions and assisting closely held businesses. Emily also assists clients on a wide range of immigration matters.

Charla Claypool's practice focuses on intellectual property, advertising, social media, and higher education law.

Nora Coggin's practice focuses on general business law, with an emphasis on business acquisitions and assisting closely held businesses.
