Courtney M. Vomund Joins the Pension & Employee Benefits Practice

The St. Louis office of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh, L.C. is pleased to announce that Courtney M. Vomund has joined the Firm's Corporate Department as a member. Courtney focuses her practice on ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation. Prior to joining Lewis Rice, she was an associate with Polsinelli PC.

Courtney advises her clients on compliance with various tax regulations and federal laws, and she handles the design, documentation, and administration of a variety of welfare benefit plans. She is experienced in the design and drafting of non-qualified deferred compensation agreements and frequently advises on compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code. Courtney also has experience in the areas of labor and employment law as well as public entities law.
