Six New Attorneys Join Lewis Rice
October 7, 2013The St. Louis office of Lewis Rice is pleased to announce that the following attorneys have joined the Firm as associates: Eric D. Block, David A. Collier, Brian J. Figueroa, Carleen B. Griffith, Michael L. Jente, and Elizabeth A. O'Brien. Eric, Dave, Brian, Carleen, and Liz participated in the Firm's Summer Associate Program.
Following are short summaries of our new associates.
Eric has experience in various areas of litigation, including contract disputes, trust and estate litigation, labor and employment, and general commercial litigation.
Dave is a corporate associate focusing his practice on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and restructuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate finance.
Brian focuses his estate planning and probate practice on estate and gift tax planning. He has experience in the drafting of wills, trusts, prenuptial agreements, durable powers of attorney, and medical directives.
Carleen is an associate in the Litigation Department and has experience in commercial and civil litigation as well as transportation law, trademarks, and contract review.
Michael is a litigation associate with experience in commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining Lewis Rice, Michael served as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Liz is experienced in various corporate matters including secured lending transactions, corporate formations and structuring, and commercial leasing and real estate matters.
