Biography

Marina A. Waclawski is an associate practicing in the Firm's Corporate Department. She works on a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, general corporate work, and immigration matters.

Marina has a background in finance and completed a semester of her undergraduate degree at the Universidad de Sevilla in Spain. She earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Washington University Law Review. Marina is fluent in spoken Russian and proficient in Spanish.
