Biography

As Chief Administrative Officer, Jami L. Boyles works closely with the Firm's Management Committee, attorneys, and department supervisors to ensure the Firm's employment needs are met and systems are working so that we can efficiently and effectively meet the varying needs of our clients. Not only is she a proactive Human Resources business partner with strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills, but she is an experienced employment lawyer. Her extensive background in employment law, labor relations, compliance, employee relations, and Affirmative Action issues allows Jami to lead the Firm in business and employment matters in a consistent and strategic way.

Additionally, Jami assesses the lateral hiring needs of the Firm and handles all aspects of lateral recruitment. When evaluating such needs, Jami considers various factors including current capacity of attorneys, client demands, strategic initiatives of the Firm and its clients, and diversity of the Firm.
