Biography

Heather Pipes is a paralegal in the Firm's Estate Planning Department. As an integral member of Lewis Rice, she has provided her expertise in the Estate Planning and Corporate Departments for the past 12 years. She worked directly under the Firm's chairman, John K. Pruellage, until his death in May, 2012 and continues to assist the new chairman, Thomas Erb. Some of her duties include preparation of legal documents, agreements, pleadings, formal estate and trust accountings; preparation of individual and fiduciary income; and estate tax returns and tax compliance. What Ms. Pipes values most about her career is being able to guide clients through the estate and trust administration process while showing compassion and understanding with regard to the loss of their loved one.
