Biography

Dale G. Schedler has more than 25 years of experience in designing and implementing tax-efficient property transactions and pass-through ownership structures to achieve clients' goals. Dale also has extensive experience in implementing and monitoring multi-tiered organizational structures to achieve client and family business goals through mergers, acquisitions, and spinoffs of development, manufacturing, farming, and family businesses. He is also experienced in designing and implementing business succession planning and "special purpose entities" for specialized financing structures. His legal and accounting background gives him a unique view of the client's needs in complex business transactions.

Dale served as Chair of the Business Law Committee for the Missouri Bar and also chaired the Limited Liability Subcommittee of the Real Estate Committee for the American Bar Association's Tax Section. He received the Missouri Bar President's Award for his efforts with respect to the Missouri Limited Liability Company Act, and he serves on the Business Law Legislative Review Committee for the Missouri Bar for many years. Dale is a member of the Missouri, Kansas, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Associations. He has taught as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, teaching taxation of property transactions and corporate reorganization.
