FROM
THE AIRPORT/NORTH (Highway 70):
Take Highway 70 east to the Memorial
Drive/Downtown/Pine Street exit; turn right
(west) on Pine Street; turn right on 4th
Street; proceed until reaching St. Charles
Street; turn left on St. Charles Street. WE
ARE LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF BROADWAY AND
WASHINGTON. (See below for Parking.)
FROM
THE WEST (Highway 40/64):
Take the Broadway exit (last Missouri exit);
continue down the ramp and go straight to
Gratoit Street; turn left (east) on Gratoit Street; turn left
(north) on 4th Street; proceed until reaching
St. Charles Street; turn left on St. Charles
Street. WE ARE LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF
BROADWAY AND WASHINGTON. (See below for
Parking.)

THE SOUTH (Highway 44/55):
Take the Memorial Drive/Downtown exit; proceed
north on Memorial Drive; turn left (west) on
Pine Street; turn right (north) on 4th Street;

Cross the Poplar Street Bridge and take the
Memorial Drive exit; proceed north on Memorial
Drive; turn left (west) on Pine Street; turn
right (north) on 4th Street; proceed until

Charles Street. WE ARE LOCATED AT THE CORNER
OF BROADWAY AND WASHINGTON. (See below for

Get off at the Convention Center station;
proceed east one block on Washington until you
reach Broadway; WE ARE LOCATED AT THE CORNER
OF BROADWAY AND WASHINGTON.
PARKING
Validated parking is available for clients in
the 500 N. Broadway building (entrance from
St. Charles Street). Convenient non-validated
parking located at the Missouri Athletic Club
(entrance from Washington) and St. Louis
Centre Garage (entrance from Broadway).

FROM
THE AIRPORT (Highway 1-29):
Take 1-29 south to North Kansas City-Broadway
exit/169 south; continue across Broadway
Bridge and then south on Broadway to 12th
Street. Turn left onto 12th Street,
traveling east to Walnut. Turn left onto
Walnut, traveling north, through the
intersection at 11th and Walnut. Lewis,
Rice & Fingersh is in the first building
on the left (northwest corner) identified as
One Petticoat Lane. Parking for
the building is accessed just past the first
floor windows via a entrance leading to
underground parking facilities.
FROM
THE ST. LOUIS/COLUMBIA AREA:
Approaching Kansas City from the east, take
1-70 west to I-670 and continue on to the
"Downtown" 13th Street exit.
Continue west on 13th to Walnut; make a right
turn onto Walnut and continue north on Walnut,
through intersection at 11th and Walnut.
Lewis, Rice & Fingersh is in the first
building on the left (northwest corner)
identified as One Petticoat Lane.
Parking for the building is accessed
just past the first floor windows via a
entrance leading to underground parking
facilities.

invitees of the Firm beneath our building in
the underground parking facility (1010 Walnut).

to Brentwood Office
FROM THE EAST:
Take Hwy. 64/40 West to the Hanley Road exit
(Exit 32B). Turn Left onto South Hanley Road.
Turn Right onto Eager Road (heading west).
Proceed straight through the light at the
intersection of Brentwood and Eager Roads. Our
office is located on the 6th floor of the Magna
Place building at the intersection of Brentwood
and Eager Roads.
FROM THE WEST (Highway 70):
Take I-70 East to I-170 South (Exit 238B – to
Clayton). Proceed South on I-170 and take the
exit for Eager Road (Exit 1A). Turn Right onto
Eager Road. Proceed straight through the light
at the intersection of Brentwood and Eager
Roads. Our office is located on the 6th floor of
the Magna Place building at the intersection of
Brentwood and Eager Roads.
FROM THE WEST/SOUTH
(Highway-44):
Take I-44 East to Elm Avenue (Exit 280). Turn
Left at South Elm Avenue. Turn Right at East
Kirkham Avenue. East Kirkham Avenue becomes
South Brentwood Boulevard. Turn Left at the
intersection of Brentwood Blvd. and Eager Road.
Our office is located on the 6th floor of the
Magna Place building at the intersection of
Brentwood and Eager Roads.
PARKING
Parking is available in the garage behind the
Magna Bank building. Garage parking is free to
all visitors from the Lower Level to Level 5.
Parking is restricted in the reserved areas of
Levels 3 and 4, and illegally parked cars will
be ticketed. The parking garage connects to
Magna Place via a skywalk on Level 3.
Additional parking is available in the surface
parking facilities conveniently located next to
the parking garage. Visitors are also welcome to
park in the circle drive at the front of the
building. Parking in this area, however, is
limited to 15 minutes.

THE WEST:
Take Highway 40/64 East to the Mason Road
Exit (Exit 24). Merge onto South Outer
Forty Drive. Turn left onto South Mason
Road. Turn right onto North Forty Drive.
Turn left at the second entrance to the
Chapel Hill Office Center. Visitor parking
is behind the building.
FROM
THE EAST:
Take Highway 40/64 West to the Mason Road
Exit (Exit 24). Merge onto North Outer
Forty Drive. Continue in the right lane and
follow the fork to the right. Turn left at
the second entrance to the Chapel Hill
Office Center. Visitor parking is behind
the building.
