Our goal is to hire the best and brightest law students whose potential to succeed has been demonstrated by academic success and extracurricular achievements. We interview law students on-campus at law schools throughout the country, and we encourage law students at other schools and judicial clerks to contact us directly. It is our intention and expectation that every individual who accepts an offer to join our firm will have a long, prosperous and successful career with us. Our attorneys come from diverse social, economic, cultural and educational backgrounds. The vast majority of our new associates are former participants in our summer associate program which we believe is evidence of the success and quality of our summer programs and recruiting efforts. Our lawyers are graduates of over 30 different law schools and 50 different colleges and universities. We believe that our diversity is one of our primary strengths; it brings a variety of perspectives and approaches to our clients' needs. While our present size permits the concentration in particular practice areas that a high quality general law practice requires, we strive to maintain a relaxed, informal atmosphere that fosters the type of professional and personal satisfaction and growth often found only in smaller law firms.
