John C. Bodnar represents public and private company clients from across the country in varied industries in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate law. In addition to large, sophisticated national transactions, Mr. Bodnar also has a tremendous amount of experience working with smaller to medium-sized companies, particularly in the St. Louis region.
An adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law, Mr. Bodnar teaches mergers and acquisitions. He also serves as Chairman of Lewis Rice’s Associate Development Committee.
