Cathy Phillips’ practice involves all elements of real estate including financing, acquisition, exchange transactions, construction and architectural agreements, leasing, development, municipal work, and zoning. She represents both local and national developers, lenders, landlords, and tenants. From the diversity of such clients, Ms. Phillips understands the many facets of commercial real estate transactions in retail, health care, industrial, hotel, office, and multi-family areas. She also represents and assists closely held businesses.
